Module #3 Gender Identity Project
There is a stereotype about what it is like to be a girl and what it is like to be a man. Even the words girl and man demonstrate how society views both gender. Watch the following two videos below.

The class is placed in three different groups. Each group will create a video presentation about society's stereotypes about what it means to be a girl/women and what it means to be a boy/man. You can interview people and add them to your video presentation, you can use your team members to create a presentation, or you can do it however you would like.
Here are the requirements:
Groups will be given a flip cam to use to capture videos.
Groups will present their videos to the class and there will be a group project score out of 50 points.
Groups will also grade one another for participate, attendance, effort, etc and that score will be out of 20 points.

Here are the requirements:
- You will have share the stereotypes of what it means to be a girl/woman and what it means to be a boy/man
- You will then move to breaking the stereotypes and share what it really means to be a girl/women and what it means to be a boy/man (the dove video is a good example)
- Every member of your group must be in the video at least once with a speaking role
- Your videos will be about 5-7 minutes in length
